10 Steps to Happiness... Pancakes in Florence

  1. Sift 2 Cups of Wholemeal Spelt Flour 
  2. Add 1.5 Tablespoons of Baking Powder
  3. 12 Turns of Himalayan Rock Salt 
  4. 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
  5. 1 Heaped Tablespoon of Maca Powder or Acai Powder
  6. Mix through Dry Ingredients, then stir in 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  7. Pour in Vanilla flavoured Almond Mylk until a Runny Batter is Formed
  8. Melt Butter in a hot Frying Pan and place in 5 Tablespoons of the Mixture
  9. Once Cooked top with a Truck load of Fruit, Cacao Nibs and Walnuts
  10. Finish with a Drizzle of Honey
