10 Steps to Happiness... Pancakes in Florence
- Sift 2 Cups of Wholemeal Spelt Flour
- Add 1.5 Tablespoons of Baking Powder
- 12 Turns of Himalayan Rock Salt
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Heaped Tablespoon of Maca Powder or Acai Powder
- Mix through Dry Ingredients, then stir in 1 Tablespoon of Honey
- Pour in Vanilla flavoured Almond Mylk until a Runny Batter is Formed
- Melt Butter in a hot Frying Pan and place in 5 Tablespoons of the Mixture
- Once Cooked top with a Truck load of Fruit, Cacao Nibs and Walnuts
- Finish with a Drizzle of Honey
